Jorge Alfredo Lemcke, Guatemala’s ambassador to Germany, is also participating in the event. Eleven tourism entrepreneurs are striving to take advantage of the fair to offer different services and acquire new knowledge about trends in the international tourism market.

ITB Berlin

It is one of the world’s leading trade fairs in the tourism sector. Held every March since 1966 at the Messe Berlin Exhibition Center, it is a must-see event for all tourists.

The fair attracts professional visitors and exhibitors from around the world. It has established itself as an ideal B2B (business-to-business) platform for players in the tourism industry to establish contacts, initiate business, share experiences, and learn about new trends.

The fair will host travel service providers, reservation systems and means of transportation, hotels, and suppliers from March 5 to 7. In 2023, the three-day fair welcomed some 5,500 exhibitors from 161 countries and more than 90,000 visitors from 180 countries.
