The Guatemalan President referred to the destruction suffered by the Ukrainians. He pointed out: “We will carry the message of what we saw here The world cannot remain silent.”
President Giammattei, who was invited by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, to visit and participate in a series of meetings with several sectors in his country, also assured: “We cannot allow this to happen again.”
A call for solidarity
After visiting Borodyanka, near Kyiv, he witnessed a series of unacceptable abuses and outrages against the civilian population.
