Academia
The Minex, through the Diplomatic Academy, reaffirms its commitment to continue contributing to training in international relations and to promote different programs related to this end.
The academic activities will be conducted through lectures given by officials from different Minex agencies.
According to the Foreign Affairs Ministry, diplomacy is fundamental to reaching agreements, especially in the international context.
It requires tools, strategies, and vision to make the right decisions for the benefit of the population.

Agreement
In March 2016, the Diplomatic Academy of Minex signed a Letter of Understanding for Support and Exchange of Experiences with the Institute of Inter-Ethnic Studies of the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala. This agreement is eminently academic and seeks to develop educational activities and interest exchanges between institutions.
Its main goal was the importance of the professionalization of Minex officials and the master’s degree program in international relations.
