Guatemala City, by Lincy Rodríguez -AGN- The Guatemalan government took a significant step by acquiring two state-of-the-art helicopters as part of the “For the First Time” campaign to enhance its search, rescue, and humanitarian assistance operations.

These new additions to the country’s air fleet represent a considerable technological leap. The helicopters are equipped with cutting-edge technology and will bolster the government’s capacity to carry out critical search and rescue missions and humanitarian operations.

The two aircraft are equipped with a Bambi Bucket system for firefighting tasks. They also feature technology that allows pilots to carry out daytime and nighttime operations.
